Bad Good Memories

The Process

I decided to gather memories from my own life and from a few anonymous survey answers. The twist is that these are memories of things most people would see as good, like bananas or dogs, but they are associated with a bad memory. I then decided to put all of these memories into a small book, and illustrate everything – including the writing – by hand and scan it into Illustrator.
